    Zer0, can you tell me about the PS2 chip that you're offering with an install service? Is this for region-free?

    Just mainly interested as I'd like to get one of my US PS2s modded as I don't know if my fat PAL one will last to play a few of the regional titles I have after I've moved over to the US.

    Probably within a week or 2. I have several jobs i have to finish, they've been delayed for a bit now so i have to first finish them before taking on new work.

    Do you have any recommendations for a suitable modchip for Japanese launch model PS2 (1000 I think their model is)? For installation, could I send you just the board to save on shipping costs? I'm assuming that you're skilled enough to not need to test it after install :p

    It is $25 for installation and $30 for return shipping (Tracking #, 4 Day Delivery, Insurance). Total = $55 in CAD (Approx 50 USD). Can't take any work on right now though because my soldering station has broke down.

    Due to an experience with a lost high value order which resulted in a refund and with Brazil's long customs holding times that are known to happen with Brazil. I do not want to take another chance.
