I'm not sure but you can't just post up Roms and system Bioses. If anything be discrete and do it over PM.

I did, You are a new user, you bump an old topic and immediately post a dumped rom & bios.

So I took it down for now while I check with the site's owner if it's really allowed or not.

Ok small update. Talked to the admin.

The 64DD IPLRom is allowed but Game dumps are not. So I put your post back but removed the part that violates the rules.

This is fantastic news! When I was broke I sold my 64DD and all the games, and I've regretted it ever since. At least now I have a chance to play them again!

Barc0de, what did you do to run the F-Zero expansion kit on PJ64? Does the rom need to be hacked using an hex editor? Can you share the magic? :)

    Is there any news yet...?
Is anyone even working on this?
How come this topic is dying?

Will we ever get a 64DD emulator so that we can play 64DD games...? =/

The real question is has anybody dumped the LBAs to the existing ROM images? If you guess locations you could theoretically get around it to a degree (or build one) but without that it's little more than resources to be extracted.

There's a F-Zero X Expansion Kit rom, a Dezaemon 3D expansion (prototype) rom and a 64DD BIOS on the internet. But without an emulator those are pretty useless. I wish an emulator would be made...

If you remap all of the A6000000 references to B0000000 and alter the PI settings in the first word of the IPL you can get it boot in emulators.
However, like any zip disk image there should have been a block of LBAs to designate page size, read/write capability, etc. You can sort of guess in the earlier code section, but the dumps are raw data without the table provided. Also, lacking that makes extracting things horribly tedious.
