Will the protocol be released publicly? I'd like to see if I can get a GDB stub going.

$200, I guess that finally answers all the questions. Be a while before I can justify it but a purchase is definitely on the cards at some point.

Slightly higher than I expected, but still a day 1 purchase for me. Absolutely no qualms paying extra for a quality product that makes a mockery of similar products on the market.

Hey Marshall, what are the two games that are known to not work ?

and how can you copy files to a CF ? I think my notebook adapter can only handle SD cards.
Can you use the usb in the cartridge to copy files over the CF ?

Probably Jet Force Gemini and Banjo Tooie (due to CIC).

The patched version of JFG for Neo Myth will most likely work. Banjo Tooie will probably work if you put a 6105 on the board.

Even better if you're in the UK: $199 = £122.

Looking forward to a public release! How will the CIC soldering work? I've never done electrical soldering before, and don't want to start on a $199 board, so would I just send a board to you to take the CIC from?

I have those two carts, so no need to mess around to get 100% compatibility.

Definitely want to get this, the price is high, but the product looks worth the investment.

I'd have to assume that there will be solder pads somewhere on the board to make installation easy. If you really wanted to you could instead install a DIP socket so you could swap CIC chips out or wire up multiple CIC chips with a switch to change between them. Wonder if its possible to get a PIC to do the job for us.

Removing them from carts is dirt easy if you're adept at soldering, just gotta find some donor carts. Glad I kept a few of my carts that have gotten their contacts broken over the years.

You can get an N64 Neo Myth for the same price. And with the slot adapter at the back you get 100% compatibility. No need for any solder just plug in a 6105 cic game like Perfect Dark.
Additionally the menu even supports box arts, which looks great!

But only the future can tell which one is the better device. Though the N64 Myth doesn´t support 768kb sram save which is needed for Dezaemon 3D...

I'm going to wait a few months to see if it has any problems.

The Neo Myth will never be as fast for loading as this.

I'm definitely going to purchase, just not immediately. I'm mainly going to use this for development!

    I can't wait!
