Another eBay problem..I'm really stuck.

eBay have asked for a copy of all email communication from him. They are removing his negative feedback from my account, giving me my fees back and suspending his account.

 

Awesome. Looks like there is still some good in Ebay. Just have to push them really hard I guess.

Got an email from ebay spain who had been handed the case by UK ebay to deal with it and take action.

"Hello Tim,

Thank you for writing back to us regarding the feedback that you
received from "fastest_flash" which you wish to be removed. Let me take
this opportunity to be of further help.

I realise that you may believe the decision to not remove the feedback
was unfair. However, after reviewing your situation again, I regret to
inform you that we still can't remove the negative Feedback you
received.

TIm, the decision isn't based on our judgement of how the transaction
was concluded, or on whether you're to blame for the Feedback you
received. Please consider once again that if eBay got involved in
Feedback disputes, Feedback would become eBay's opinion rather than
members' opinions.

We remove Feedback only in exceptional circumstances, for example if the
comment contains obscene language, or if eBay receives a court order to
remove the Feedback.

Nevertheless, I believe my colleague already made some suggestions in
our previous email on what you can do about the Feedback you received.
Also, as we appreciate your effort of forwarding us your report against
this seller, let me firmly assure you that we have taken this matter
seriously and we won't hesitate to take appropriate action to further

I found out today that the unpaid items strike left for the buyer have been reversed.

I'm filling out a form for the small claims court. Fuck ebay, fuck them to hell and back.

I would consider this harrassment. Maybe you should go to your local Police Station and ask for their opinion.

You could ask Barc0de for his opinion. I'm sure he'd give it in exchange for some alone time with you ;-):lol:

This is getting more crazy.

The items which he falsely purchased...well the unpaid items strikes were reversed and he has now opened two disputes against me saying he has not received the items and he is claiming to have contacted the spanish police to do me for fraud.

Needless to say I contacted ebay again but to be honest it doesn't look great. If he wins the disputes I'm going to end up with a huge bill (two laptops and a cell phone). Looks like this is going to be a big fight.

 

Go to court, tell your police, tell any news agency, etc. and start spreading fire about how ebay is screwing honest people. Then they'll get their shit in gear for you.
