Basically, the user lives overseas, but has a relative that lives here that I delivered to on their request. Great, no problem. Except the relative didn't sign for the package, and hasn't gone to get the item from the Post Office, and now the user here is content just to wait for the item to be returned to me, and demands a refund.

How fucked up is that? I put the money on bills and a honeymoon, but now because the buyer decides that its not worth the hassle or doesn't want the item, Im now expected to refund 500$ that I don't have, just because? And I know I likely have no grounds to stand on, since Ebay is a shithole of shitholes now, plus I am currently out the item for the next couple of weeks so I can't even sell it and use that money to give a refund.

I hate people like this, and Ebay for allowing buyers to take advantage of a seller.
