Watched the recap before and it seems quite strange in that it suggests Locke did really die and that the one who visited Jacob is in fact someone else "/. I always figured that Locke had somehow time travelled at some point. Looking forward to the new episode anyways.
Yeah, the whole Locke is back from the dead thing is weird. I think that it is somehow Jacob's nemesis that has taken over Locke's body or something. They certainly imply that anyways.
why or what is it that LOST is so uber fascinating? and there're almost no average LOST watchers. either peeps hate it or completely love it. btw: @ll the non-watchers:
Goddamnit! Has Yakumo been telling you all about it? Pfft, last time I let him in on any of my secrets.
ok, didn't see anything yet due to been hold on work, but what I've heard so far, it is uber great cinema!!! wuiuiuiii!! tonite will be a great night!!
SO many commercial breaks... I've been spoiled by Netflix. I watched the first 5 seasons commercial free. Next week I'm gonna have to wait to watch it so I don't catch up to Live television.
Okay... that was good, but redefines blue balls. As per Paulo's request, I'll keep this [relatively] spoiler free, but does anyone else feel a little frustrated? The only vindication I feel at all is that I can understand Hiruyuki Sanada's lines w/ no subtitles after years of thinking that Jin & Sun's subtitles don't match their intonation. Looking forward to see how this plays out.
I'm no expert on Korean but they often used the word "yobo" which is like another word for a husband/wife/sweetheart. But in the show, whenever they used "yobo" the subtitles would always be their name. So I think you're right. My ex-girlfriend was Korean and she called me "yobo" all the time. :love2: EDIT: Yeah, I have no idea what's going on. We should keep this thread spoiler free until 24 hours after the previous episode or something...
It's really too bad Sun is married and Jin is still alive... Otherwise I'd be all over that. Sun not Jin.
a small privilege which I appreciate. quite a good start as I find. sure there may be more questions than ever before, but as long you can follow with all the secrets around, there's nothing wrong with it.
I was impressed for the most part. I don't think we're going to know what the "flash sideways" things mean for another 5 or so episodes though. They said that "the two timelines of the story will come together and proceed in a linear fashion" around a third of the way through the season, but as we know, the 1977 gang is now in 2007 w/ the others... just, separated. Even worse that Juliet is dead. I was holding out for that Kate-Juliet makeout scene.
do you think that desmond was really on that plane? sure the swan hatch was never built in the successed time line and the island was sunk after the h-bomb detonated. hence there is no desmond on the island and no button to push. jack knows him from the stadium, where they met once, while desmond was hard training for his sailing plans.
