Yeah I unlocked Pai last night. Trying to get more Mila costumes, not sure what I have to do since the only site that tells you how to unlock costumes isn't saying.

Arcade: Rookie, Easy, Normal and Hard. That's it for Mila :(

Unsure how to get the last costumes for Lei-Fang, Christie and Lisa...

Got all her outfits too. She's so freakin cute Hotter than Hitomi who got beaten with an Ugly stick from DOA4-5

anways this list is Vague. But I think keep playing on harder and harder difficulties.

The only characters you'll have a hard time getting costumes for will be: Lisa, Christie and Tina. They have "rare" swimsuits that can only be unlocked on Legend difficulty without using a continue, the other two I believe are survival Legend, 100 rivals, no dying... I'll just pass out on that one.

Mila I believe is based of Tina from the first Dead or Alive ;)

I managed to grab another 160 titles for Alpha-152... But I'm 29 away!! All which titles are a bitch. It's a game you NEED a fighting stick for unless you have magical hands :/, doubt I'll ever be able to unlock Alpha-152 it's just too difficult.

Yeah I'm going to give DOA 5 a Spin with an Arcade stick soon. I already reconfigured the buttons to suit my stick. I also REALLY REALLY SUCK at the Hold timing.

Same here, might order the HORI DOA 5 stick soon. I guess $170 shipped isn't bad.

I have a Real Arcade VX but I'm too lazy to set up my Table. (I use a DJ Hero Table for everything BUT playing DJ Hero)

After seeing some of those outfits, I kinda want DOA5. How do the PS3 and 360 versions compare?

It's been discovered as of recent that the PS3 version lags by one frame compared to the 360 version.

I assumed you were joking. Does one frame really make that big of a difference? If the game runs at 60fps, that's 1/60th of a second. I doubt you would even be able to perceive the difference.

Probably noticed by somebody with High Functioning Autism.

Anyways, I'm also playing VF5 FS now... and Persona 4 Arena

I have a 3 word review of Persona 4 Arena

    WHAT THE FUCK

The game almost literally PLAYS IT SELF.

I tried a demo of VF5:FS and couldn't get over the fact that the hit sound FX sound completely wrong in comparison to every other VF game I've ever played. I was thinking about getting it, but that little detail put me off of it altogether.

Actually it was discovered by a Japanese blog site when they where comparing both version's visuals and other categories

    http://www.eventhubs.com/news/2012/...r-alive-5-has-additional-frame-input-latency/

Furthermore, If i recall correct, the PS3 version was released with a bad pause menu bug that occurs during gameplay (the game pauses on its own basically). Tecmo Koei quietly resolved problem with the Day1 patch that addressed balance changes among the whole cast (and other oddities) for both consoles.

It is true the PS3 version does have one frame lag in Arcade and verses mode... Shits me so much sometimes. Tecmo still have to patch the game again, they're planning one huge update than small little tweaks other game companies call "updates".

Agreed. I just hope those little tweaks via patches aren't as constant as how NRS was doing with MK (it's really the reason I completely lost interest in the game). Anywho, One frame of lag isn't a huge deal, but it's one frame that can potentially add up when playing online (network lag) or post proessing lag as a result of a particular TV set one is using.

On the flip side, I was SO happy when it was confirmed that TTT2 had identical input timing on both console ports. Namco really stepped it up after dropping the ball in this respect for Tekken 6.

Is this shit supposed to be some kind of sarcastic joke, or an insult?

I've been playing VF5 FS for a while now, but there barely seem to be any players online anymore.
