Anyone else excited for Fable 2?

I preordered Fallout 3 and Fable 2. Those will keep me busy until Gears AND BEYOND!

 

The only games I've ever preordered are Halo 2, Halo 3 and Gears 2. I just hate spending 60$ on anything.

 

well, when you're filthy rich like me, $60 is just a single molecule of h2o in, shall we say, the Indian Ocean. no, no, no PACIFIC OCEAN. yeah, whaddup, true story.

 

Even if I was filthy rich, I think I'd still not want to pay 60 for a game. =( I want Silent Hill but I can't have it! not yet anyway.

Looks like a bunch of shit was cut out of the Fable 2 LE.

 

someone told me Silent Hill was bad. i don't know fo sho though.

 

Yeah...pretty much every reason to buy the damn thing...I'm contemplating cancelling my pre-order for it. I mean I like the bonus ingame stuff but that was purely as an additional plus...I wanted the rest of the bonus crap more.

Yeah, I've heard bad, and then good...I love all the Silent Hills but I'm not paying 60$ for what looks like a rehash.

 

I just watched some gameplay videos of Fallout 3. LOL. It really REALLY DOES look and sound like Oblivion with guns. And swear words.

Once my PC is back to normal I can't wait to get that one. Hopefully I have it back to operating by then. The third person camera really does look like Gears of War, too.

I hope the mods for the PC version aren't over 9000 porn mods, like what happened with Oblivion lately. Seriously, ever since Oblivion came to Japan they've been treating it as their own little dress-up doll simulator...WTF...

I don't mind them, no ones made a good romance or marry NPCs mod though, its always a "This spell makes women get nude" mod or something. No immersion at all. I wish we had a nerd emoticon because I'm really starting to sound like one, but still.

Morrowind had better mods in this sort of thing, they even had one that allowed you to buy property and have children.

 

Ugh. I was SO CLOSE to getting Fable 2 tonight.

I saw the game, I even held it in my hands at Wal-Mart. The first game I planned to play THE NIGHT I BOUGHT IT. Gamestop left town, so Wal-Mart is the only only option for me.

Long story short, I waited an HOUR AND A HALF with 4 other people to get the game, because their registers refused to ring up the game. They called other stores and NO ONE apparently has it but us. Which is odd, because this is a tiny ass town. The games were there the whole time, and eventually some fucktard they called told them to not sell us the games! WTF WTF WTF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ITS THE RELEASE DATE GOD DAMMIT...ugh.

I did get a $25 "We're Sorry" gift card though, and I was able to take a rain check and they'd call as soon as we could buy the game.

I'm normally patient enough to wait, but when I'm told I can't get something in a store in my plain fucking sight, I get a bit pissed.

i got it at midnight from my store. it's AWESOME. full of charm and full of awesomeness. and i've only spent like 20mins on it.

I'll have to get it soon, lot's of hype for this game, though my xbawks is still broken, gotta fix it this week for sure.. I keep postponing it week after week lol..

 

fallout 3 and fable 2 are both amazing games. I will say tho so far I think fable 2 is longer in its single gameplay. Fallout 3 tho Ive had the most fun with.
