He listed it. Private auction.
Then he waited for people to ask, since he was looking for trades too.
He told them that he had 3 Navi Saturn.
He asked money by bank transfer.
600 euros to a friend of mine, 1200 plus an Hello Kitty DC to another. I will not name them if it is not necessary.
He asked me 2 sealed Game Boy Pocket Fiorentina LE.
I've sent them to him insured for 600 euros.
After scamming peoples, he closes the auction and starts selling in his language other items.
Then he tells me that he didn't receive the package.
I make the tracking and I discover that he has received the package the 29 december. He doesn't reply to my mails.
I tell him to send me the Saturn or a refund or I'll act against him in every possible way.
At the end, he replies this way:

I'm not the only one scammed by him: Adol sent him a Panzer Dragoon Orta XBOX complete mint in box system last Friday.

I wish him to have it all over his body as well...he's 600km away from me,i don't know if i have time to visit him soon...he probably should not have received my package yet...but i can't do anything to stop the package from being delivered, can i?

Guys, I advise you to get in the car, all head his way. Don't do anything illegal though, words should suffice. If he doesn't listen, just call the police

For sure, we must follow the law. We may try to call the local police too.

I repeat, I can give all the infos and I have 2 more friends who can add their story.

 

I m pretty sure, though not certain, that Germany has strict laws on such things.
He could perhaps even be facing criminal sanctions (correct me on this if you know about german law, I just recall some bits n pieces that compared their consumer protection policy)

 

It's sad to hear, but you must remember that if you find a unbelivable good deal its eihter a scammer, someone who is looking to get some fast money or someone that does't know the items real value. I have never been scammed myself but some of my friends have been. Sad that these assholes takes innocent and thursting peoples money.

And thanks for letting us all know. Its good to serve as a warning to us all, both about this seller, and in general about how careful you have to be, especially on high ticket items!

(Personally i would have run a mile from that auction..TV Tuner, I don't think so! 200 limited Karaoke Units, blatant bullshit. And he lifts half his auction from NFG....all of which = scammer)

From the pictures he sent to me, he has a very good collection of hardware, with unusual items, from Treamcast to Satellaview.

 

I don't wany to give him the time to throw away or sell all the items stolen. So patience and caution everyone.
