If it helps any, assuming you have a way to find out where this guy lives, a trip to his residence, a loaded .357, and a calm yet stern tone of voice can be VERY convincing. Trust me, as I've had to personally deal with thieves in the past :nod:

And I've checked that phone number against 2 online German Phone books. Both have that number registered by someone with the surname of "Przybyla", but neither give a full address - Not sure if that helps?

Ich habe sogar seinen ARBEITGEBER über die AMCHENSCHAFTEn informiert! Der sagte aber: solange kein RECHTSKRÄFTIGES URTEIL vorliegt, kann er Ihn nicht kündigen! Im übrigen hält sein eigener Chef nichts von IHM hehehheehh! Der ist Aushilfs SCHLOSSER/DREHER ( ex Fernfahrer )! Im ürbigen versteckt er sich gerne hinter seiner MUTTEr hehehehhe! Der Typ hat total einen an der Scheibe! Aber der hat vor ca. 8-10 Wochen einen Katergorie-C Typen aus Frankfurt gefaked! ich habe in seinem Forum gelesen das Sie ihn jetzt PLÄTTEn wollen hehehheheh! Hoffebtlich kloppen die Ihm meine Kohle gleich mit aus dem gesicht! Auch wenn ich gegen Gewalt bin!

But you could have known from the beginning it was a scam.
As wheelaa said, all the pics taken from NGF, a seller offering three setups of, not mint but "new" navi saturn + lcd screen + karaoke which is virtually impossible.
Moreover, the guy asking for a bank transfer when his auction is listed with a paypal option.
The guy asking only 600 euros to your first friend, for such a lot when, obviously, he knows what he is selling (just need to read the auction). The guy only asking for two LE game boy when he also knows they are DEFINITELY not worth his lot.
The worse is that ebay won't do anything to help cause you violated one of the basic rules (no buisness outside ebay) which is first meant to make ebay get the money but can sometimes protect you.

If the guy really had three setups, you should have asked for detailed pictures of THE THREE at once

Man, the guy is really a bastard and this situation sucks and the police will have a tough work to do something: there's no contract (which makes ebay useful), the cash was sent by bank transfer (that payment method really sux when you got scammed. you can do almost nothing). And of course, ebay won't do anything either.
That definitely sux.
If I was you, I would definitely go and see the guy with a couple of friends (you know, those college old friends that you don't see often nowadays, coz they turned abnormal), a couple of baseball bat and make him understand he should never try acting this way again. The prob is that if it's some kinda mafia asshole (which obviously sounds like that), this would get you even more issues...
