This is almost completed version which was the closest one to commercial release. As for another mythical ports of PC games there was also Fallout planned for PS1 but as far as I know it was cancelled after two weeks of prototyping.
Beats me. All I see is a public challenge! Someone threw down the glove with Baldur's Gate and now eagerly awaits for someone to dare pick it up  Is there any actual info on the Fallout port? Like, who was comissioned to do it and stuff like that + were any other platforms planned (Dreamcast?). Also, Sanity, Aiken's Artifact was set to be ported to Dreamcast, at least. Then there's Black & White PS1 (which was set to be done by Midas Software, iirc. There's plenty of magazine ads + screenshots of this one around)
Don't really know but even I find in this little interest because it was cancelled two weeks after prototying but if someone would offer this for a reasonable and not overly expensive I wouldn't turn it down. Damn PS1 had so much cancelled PC ports. For example 100% completed Alien Virus, then there was Down in the Dumps, The Last Express and I somewhere even heard something about Deus Ex (I may be mistaken), Beachhead 2000, Battleship. Also Omikron The Nomad Soul was drastically different that PC or DC versions before it was canned and it seemed almost complete. And there are tons that I didn't mentioned already. Damn don't know why it is interesting to hunt down PSX games and which were released on PC. One of the unexplainable things in proto hunting.
I am guessing he mis-read the post thinking drx has these not wants them. It is easy to see how someone could have made that mistake if they were glancing over it with the way it is worded.
Yes, it was a mis-read. I'm sorry for that. Does anybody know why the image isn't 1:1 with source? The read errors or something other?
