Yeah, that's the one I was talking about. So yeah, that one's been on consoles. I like many console conversions, like Missile Command on 2600 and 5200, Mr. Do's castle on C64 (though the Arcade is thoroughly superior to all conversions), Moon Patrol, and Aero Blaster (which I didn't know was one). It seems the closer we get to today, the less likely it is for an arcade original to stay at the arcades - unless it's got a gimmicky control method that consoles cannot recreate. Back in the 80s it was hard to replicate the arcade experience at home, but now arcades are dying because it's hard to improve upon the home experience at the arcades. But I guess there's always Boong-Ga Boong-Ga
The Lost World of Jurassic Park is one of the the games I want to be ported to a console. Im staying near a arcade with the sit down version and I think I put in $5 in that machine alone.

Willow Arcade oh man been ages. A wierd light gun game back in 1990..you could choose paths and you where on like a space ship..and one of your bosses was a flying Manta Ray. I cant remebr the name for the life of me. Also people would run down ad hall yelling "Help me!" and then like mutate violently in to an four armed creature. I WANT THE GAME.... EDIT: Found it on KLOV Space Gun Also another I cant remeber the name of was a 3 person beat them up with a red, blue and green colored chars that where brothers? Again 1990 era And one more I cant rember the name..damn old games a no names. It was a MK clone. YOu could cut people in half mid battle and was Gorey as hell. Remeber playing it in a pizza joint. Could be a ninja, army dude couple scandaly clad chicks. 1993-1995ish? Had good graphics but the control...ack. I rember telling a lady I was "The best ranking player in the USA and her watching me was cramping my style" cuase she was standing behind me for like 10 minutes going "Oh my god it;s so violent" every other move. EDIT: Found it on KLOV again (I love KLOV) Survial Arts though now that I think of it..wasent all that great.. N.A.R.C Arcade version..I know it was ported to NES but the Arcade version is the just to good. Sorry for the long list/rant if I can get help finding 1 game I WOULD LOVE IT.
Is it just me or does driving controlers for consoles just plain suck? Large dead zone in the center, games don't come with enough set up options etc. I'm not sure I'd love SCUDrace as much as I do now if it got a console port. In the arcades you often do very small wheel movements in order to get the correct positioning before a curve, I can imagine doing the same, with a big dead zone and just plain go straight into a wall. >.< Now Alien vs. Predator is one game I'd like to have seen on the saturn back in the day, of course it should have suported the multitap as well.
Out of all the arcade Games I've played, I'm suprised that Warzard never got a home conversion like all the other Capcom fighters out there, and it's just as good as Street Fighter III if you can forgive it for having a low playable character roster.
of Xexex we got a light version of a 3rd level port on ganbare goemon 2 (SFC) I heard that Xexex would come to PS2. honestly, i liked to see a 1:1 port of rastan saga, and just noticed it will be released on the taito classic for PSP beginning next year:dance: but a really never released wished game would be monster maulers aka kyûkyoku sentai dadandarn from konami (the lost game), which i own the pcb of indeed, but not able to play it at the time:-( one of the most funny games konami ever made, IMO!
Hmmm. only game i played that never came out in the US console was Raiden DX. Yeh i know it came out in japan on psx, but not in the USA, so I'll play the technicality card.
