best leaks on net?

well yeah japanese one is out but quite a few magazines got a review build of dinosaur hunting US-version but unfortunately it was canned with all the trouble going around within metro 3d.

Really nice one. Completely forgot about that. Shame you don't see many other PC-Engine/CD leaks out there.

Starfox 2 or Sonic Crackers. HL for the Dreamcast was pretty nice too, but less of an epic leak in terms of security.

 

HL2 leak because it included an entirely unknown TF2, CS:S alpha, HL1:S and HL2 src code and materials

 

Ghostlop for Neo Geo was pretty cool. No idea why they never released it. The prototype cartridge that got dumped was a complete game as far as I can tell.

Even though it was already mentioned a few times, I have to add Propeller Arena. You don't see Sega leaking games every day, and PA was a good one.

 

Shenmue leaked beta data "magic" zip file ( artworks, images, textures and videos...)
I think that is one of the best.... apart form propeller arena, HL2 and those...

 

I'm most partial to Penn & Teller's Smoke and Mirrors, followed closely by EarthBound and StarFox 2.

gunna have to agree with this man here. does anyone have a link to an article that enumerates these beta findings? the tf2 stuff piqued my interest. google isnt being very helpful.

 

Im quite partial to the Diablo tech demo on the Gameboy, but thats just me.

I was always partial to Hardwired for the Genesis. If those graphics had made it onto the console when I was a kid, it would've blown my mind!!

 

Hardwired was actually released! It came out as Red Zone in 1994.

 

i think final fantasy x alpha is a good leak, too. Some interessting stuff are on it.
moreover the halo beta 1 on pc.

some good leaks are on the net but it can be better... much better? maybe.

 

wait what??? we're talking about leaks here. meaning, things we can all get with a little internet detective work. What the hell is this FF10 alpha???? when was there EVER ANY halo beta leaked?????

A review copy with full debug left in it, that needs no modification to access. Extremely mislabelled as an alpha by some nerd who probably wants to sound good, and it caught on. I wouldn't even call it a beta. Its build date is 9/28/2001, which is after the full game was released in japan. It is the US build, and is dated approximately 4-5 months before retail release in America. Very interesting, but no where close to alpha, or even beta. Review with debug.
