That sounds like a great idea, once I have all my stuff out of storage I might do something similar. My collection is intended to be shared so it makes sense, I've nothing as rare as the bike though I don't think

Yes, I agree, collections need to be shown and shared with other. If not, it is a bit useless. This version of the bike is even more rare than the NTSC one, as it is a PAL version, and the hardware is totally different than the US release.

That is interesting! Why was the guy selling? I don't think I'd ever let something like that go

Steven sold it as he was looking to buy a Van and travel accross the world. And he was a NES collector. I also sometimes think that I will keep my video game but I am actually looking to sell some of them (to buy other ones haha).

Sheesh, lucky man and I can't say I blame him for wanting to go traveling like that. But I really don't think I could sell my collection, perhaps give it to a close friend or to family but never just sell to a random stranger.

When we need money, we sometimes feel the need to sell, sadly.

Yeah very true, and I think most of us have been there but I guess it all depends on priorities, 10 years ago I'd have sold if I needed cash but now it's all part of my early retirement plan so if I need money everything else would be sold 1st.

I will for sure keep the rarest things with me. But things I don't really care will go for sale, as I still need to buy some Nintendo dev kits for my collection (3DS and N64). Retiring with a house full of video games, this is so great ! Haha

Well it's semi retirement and an "arcade" full of consoles, games and anything else I can get my hands on. The idea is like an interactive museum. This unfortunately means I have to have things I'm not really interested in. One of my most recent games is "All Star: Pom-Pom Girl" ...Not my cuppa tea lol

An interactive Museum, with a bar, a lounge, and a radio station. This is exactly what I want to do in the future if the Wii U game I am developping is a success !

So I really support you on this ! And yes, games asked by people are not always the best ! haha.
