Hahaha, this communal Playstation.....But it almost sounds like this when I talk to new generations about old video games. You are not far from the reality ! In France, at that age, I was collecting Starwars figurines and playing gameboy. I remember saying to myself that the picture of the attaché-case full of gameboy games that was at the back of video game magazines will be mine one day (and it is the case now haha). But I wasn't the cool guy at school. I was some kind of freak, more interested by X-Files and video games than girls and skateboard.
Ha, almost the same, I was never the cool kid, never part of any group, I just did my own thing. Luckily thanks to the rugby it was vary rare that someone would try to pick on me or tease me for my interests. I was always into video games and the latest console but I came from a working class background so these things for the most part were all dreams until I started to make some money for my self. My 1st console was a hand-me-down C Vic-20 in 1989 and then the next one was a competition win, I won a Playstation but even that was kinda old as that was in 2000. So I'm kinda catching up now. I use to love X-Files btw #Gingers
Yes, 2000 is pretty late indeed. And yes, you are running after all the systems you miss at that time. And I do the same
'already got 2 of them. And CD64+, Doctor64, V64 Jr. I just miss that Wildcard64... and a Wideboy too. Let's dream...
Wow ! That's good ! I only have a Z64 and a V64jr. I use my V64jr to dump games. And the wideboy....I need one !
