What is on the Development Kit disc?

 

Wow those must be hard to find

 

Some are easier than others it just matters if you know someone and that someone actually wants to sell.

I know a couple of guys who have more or less every recovery disc available, getting them to sell it another question!

It is coming together quite nicely though Borman :encouragement:

 

The labels look so nice, the green just stares at me

 

These ones are still relatively hard to find regardless, it is the last set for the Alpha kit

 

Very nice! My Xbox collection is growing pretty quick. I've been unable to ever find any DVT3s to add to it

What kind of "cheap" camera is this? The quality looks great.

 

The Macro pictures are from a cheap Olympus EP1 I think, Micro 43. I used a Macro lens that cost me 30 or 40$ from the 80's or early 90's, with an adapter, to get the shots.

Nice, somewhat useless overall these days but I wouldn't mind having one for my collection.

 

Yeah, there isn't much point of it other than collection. I guess Ill use it when I start picking up retail boxes, just to wipe them clean.

 

Added a second European Beta Live kit, with more games. Unfortunately, the HDD seems to have suffered a bit after its overseas journey, and doesn't sound good. It was booting to Error 7, which is a harddrive error. A smack or two later, it would start up and then freeze (and you could hear the HDD, which is never good). A few more love taps and it let me play Whacked and Unreal Championship for a bit, so I am hoping for the best. No known way of fixing up a Beta Live kit, so I hope it resolves itself.




Also added one of those sealed Raptor cards, but no one wants to see a picture of an antistatic bag ;P

 

A more recent picture. 2x beta live, 2x debug, 1x DVT3, 1x DVT4. Not pictured is the Alpha kit or the debug kit I use regularly.

Jealous of the non-pictured Alpha kit. Alpha kits are the only thing I'm still looking for. Got plenty of boxed DVT4's and Debugs, just need an Alpha Kit.

 

Same one as I've had, never sold sold it. Its ugly looking, probably one of the worst physical condition ones out there (not saying much), but it works

 

Oh thought you got another one. I don't think I've ever seen your Alpha Tower, which one is it Alpha I or II?

 

I wish I had another one Mine is an Alpha I that was upgraded to an Alpha II in its life.
