Hey Borman,I'm curious if you made a adapter would the hammerhead controller work on a regular xbox.
I do know a final xbox controller will work on a alpha kit with a adapter.

I dont know if it will to be honest. Dont have an adapter here to try (have one in storage I think), but it really does seem to be just a standard Interact Hammerhead controller, as it has all of its markings. Dont know how much modification was done yet, but it doesn't seem like much outside of the logo.

Edit : Actually decided to use my Interact branded version, was new in box (The Xbox pad is new too, so I dont really want to use that one). Going to try it out the next time I have the kit out. Picked up another S-video cable too which should solve some of my issues.

Ooh, didn't notice that. I was unaware of a model without the text.

Great shots, but such a tease! Like video game cleavage.

I think I might just have to set aside a little cash for one of those green beauties. I'm having trouble "not-having" one in my collection.

It looks like a strange hybrid of the infamous PS3 "banana/boomerang" controller and the Sega Megadrive controller. :p

Or like a modified Interact Hammerhead controller from the late 1990's.;)

Wish they kept that design and just moved the d-pad. It looks so much more aggressive and would matched the system even better.

But its a 3rd party controller so they of course had to make their own. The dpad is fine really, the only thing I really dislike is the position of the joysticks, the are very slightly too far away
