I posted early on in this thread stating a similar sentiment and deleted it, because I was assuming that these parents would allow there kid to soak in any violent games/media without knowing if that's true or not. It does tend to be that way though, doesn't it seem? Every parent that I have known that over protects there kids from anything sexual doesn't give a shit if they are exposed to copious amounts of violence. It is always such a backward way of thinking to me...

Sex is amazing, it is needed to continue life, it is innate in all of us to want it.

Violence, is by in large, not needed at all. It is something grotesque that removes life and causes pain and suffering.

Earlier this year i purchased a used psp go for my 8 year old cousin that had lots and lots of ebony porn on it. Before i bought it i asked the gamestop employee about returns and he told me they check everything out and delete whatevers on there so its like new. Lies!

Yeah, I wasn't saying that they specifically would buy violent games for their kid, but that the whole thing is absurd: because their handheld allegedly had porn on it when they bought, the kid was "scarred forever" and both the father and child "burst into tears". This whole thing is treated as a completely natural reaction, but if they had really gotten COD for their kid, I doubt anyone would've batted an eye. And there seem to be a lot of little kids out there playing games like COD and GTA...

Personally I couldn't mind less about any porn on a second hand device. But consider that the stuff people do with porn is to jerk off to it - i.e., jerk off when they touched the device you're holding right now. That's where it starts to get gross if you ask me.

Come to think of it, I once bought an 8GB memory stick for my PSP and asked the seller (private forum deal) to put some "nice warez" on it. I was of course talking about a custom firmware and emulators and stuff like that, but when I received it I found a 700mb rip of the "Best Performers of the Year 2007" DVD. Not that I complained LOL
