Chrono Trigger port, remake or sequel coming to the DS???

You know, normally, I would make fun of Squeenix for remaking yet ANOTHER game. I mean, they're almost as lame as Sega in that regard. But when I think about it, I guess with Sakaguchi gone they really CAN'T make anymore good games, so maybe this is for the best.

the only remakes i'm waiting for are FFVI, RS3 and secret of mana... in any case it might be interesting.

Judging by the top view of that supposed screenshot, it looks like a remake.

I'd like to know why Square couldn't have just bought the plans for Chrono Trigger 3D from that one group. There's still time to make it a Wii game!

I don´t know if I should get sad or mad. But I am biased about this, because of bloody squeenix and their S&D letters to the two old remake groups. And second of all. the DS is still to expensive for me, so that is again some serious shit, that makes me irritated. And what is the last thing ? well, I am not really excited at all.

 

Very nice, I wonder if it's just a port or if it will be like the re-makes of the FF games with 3D graphics.
I hope for a port with all extra stuff that was cut out. 2D ftw!

No mention of craptastic 3D graphics, that's always good.

I'm still mad at Square for remaking FF4 on DS. After showing that sweet FMV that looked amazing, and then they don't even make it on PSP which is actually capable of decent 3D. I wish the Nintendo DS didn't even have any 3D capability, cause it blows.
