6 months ago I paid to Dano2ko an order early 600 euros, but since no news. I would like to payback or find an agreement with him, but he doesn't answer me by mail.
Could you help me , if anyone konows him personnaly, could contact him for said if he could contact me?

I don't know him but I feel for you as it really sucks to get ripped off. People ripping people off online are just as bad as people robbing banks at gun point. Hopefully this guy pays up , as these losers will get what they deserve one day.

 

He was last seen online on 9/17/2012.

600 euros and 6 months and no refund damn i guess that is a real loss unless he agrees to pay you back but he has not been on in like 3 months judging by that he aint coming back for awhile .....

 

I have dealt with him in the past and it was nice. He is (or was) a reputable member. It's a surprise to me.

 

As above. He was a pleasure to deal with- there could be extenuating circumstances that are keeping him from going online.
However 6 months is a long time. A really long time.

I'm in the same boat, I paid a tidy sum for an item around 6-8 months ago now. He was doing some major sales through this forum around that time, both publically and privately. I haven't recieved my item yet, and I was aware a few other people were in the same boat.

That said, I don't believe he set out to rip me off. For one thing, I'm actually still waiting to send him money. I paid for the item, but have yet to pay for postage, which in itself I expect to be in the order of 150GBP or so. I was waiting for him to send me a final quote for postage when he started logging on less and less.

He sent me a message on the 17th of September, which was also the last time he logged on, apologising for all the delays, and explaining that he'd had his best friend pass away and a number of other life issues that had been hitting him pretty hard. He said he was hoping to sort things out and get everything back on track in the next few weeks, which it seems hasn't happened yet the way he hoped it would. I sent him a reply wishing him well, but he hasn't read it or logged on to the forum again since he sent that message, and I expect he probably sent a similar message to any other people he owed items to.

As a few other people have mentioned, the guy has a long history on this forum, and I know a number of people who have personally conducted major transactions with him. It seems very out of character for him to deliberately defraud people now. I have no doubt of the guy's credibility, and I don't believe he set out to rip people off, I think he's just going through a very rough time.

I hope he's ok and manages to sort through whatever problems he's having, after which I expect he should reappear. If not, well, there's probably not a lot anyone can do.

I did not mean that it 's not a honest guy I ' m sorry for the understood. Me too I dealt with before, he had many good feedback.
But I need some of thinks he have for Xmas. It's for this reason I would like to find an agreement very quiclky.

Strange, I hope he is okay. I had just completed a deal with him around that time.

 

I've had a lot of dealings with Dan in the past and some of them were for very high priced/bulk items and I can honestly say we never had any problems at all.

That doesn't change the facts that are present though so I hope you work out the issues and I hope Dan is okay too.

(I have checked all the details I had and I only have his new address which I have checked and is the same as what Sneaky has)

I hope nobody gets offended by this but even if everybody in your family dies you do NOT fuck someone out of 600 euros.

This is why I will NEVER complete transactions outside of Ebay (unless it's them paying me) and I would NEVER gift someone money from this or ANY other forum.

But of course like everyone else I hope it gets resolved.

 

That's why if your a good seller after you receive the funds you box it and toss a shipping label on it. One week is bad enough let alone six months is complete bull shit. Don't sell if you cannot ship within a day or two.
