I saw it today. BEST SUPERHERO MOVIE EVER!!!! Honestly ledger nailed the joker perfectly, they really did portray as truly psychotic. Also two face was well done. The movie was very epic and came across as a real serious movie. I have to agree now after watching this movie all the other batman movies now come across as extremely goofy. This movie better get an academy award. I think I might see it again tomorrow!
well 1) I think it's good and i've seen every batman movie except Batman Begins 2) Read. the. Original. Comics. Joker was a a sociopath who killed for his own amusement. you have seen too much of the new shit where they neutered the fuck out of the joker and made him a gag character.
seeing Heath Ledger as the Joker was freaky. Not because he's a good actor, but because he played in Brokeback Mountain and is currently dead until further notice. Just the idea of worms crawling inside his skull as I see him alive and performing freaked me out.
^To be honest I didn't think about it much. I was concentrating on how fucking crazy the Joker was. Heath Ledger: good show, sir.
Lol, how did you guess? There are two here, one built into the mall and one seperate, and both of them are just garbage. My girlfriend works at the mall one and says it's funny because both of the theaters hate each other, but they have to share stuff like popcorn and other stuff because there across the street from each other. Everyone at the other one hates each other. It's just funny because all of them get paid minumum wage and there all kids. But yeah, there setups are always busted.
Because I live 2 miles away from their home headquarters and have personally paintballed the shit out of their idiotic grandson.. Any theater that smells like hamster cages and has old ass seats has to be a carmike. =) Edit: The sad thing is this is the home city like I said and the BEST theater we have is a 12 screen and only 1 large screen. The other 11 are medium and small.
Every so often I enjoy bouncing a ball or two, especially if it is on another person's face (preferably a female).
Seen it twice on imax. Truly the best Batman movie ever. Ledger and Oldman were invisible to me. Everytime they were on screen I could only see the Joker and Gordon, not the actor I'm familiar with.
It's a bat-punch in the face of hollywood and its thousand of uninspired and stupid comedy thing going on recently. THAT'S A MOVIE, folks, and that's how it's done. Moving, inspiring, catching, amazing.
that's because Batman is a homosexual. or so they say... i guess they could've had gay sex. that'd make for an interesting plot twist... batman and harvey dent are actually closet lovers.
It's so good I want to see it again but I don't know if I can. And it's killing me. Thats how good it is. Or more specifically, Ledgers performance. Talk about talent. It felt like looking into a whole different world whenever he appeared! Must..see..AGAIN! It's stuff like that that makes me glad the movie isn't staying by the camp crap of the comics. And I pray if the series continues(though no Ledger as the joker makes that sorta depressing), there is NO Robin, WHATSOEVER. I hate that little annoying freak!!! Camp little motherfu.%$##..... Yes, it's that bad.
