It's not Batman and Robin. I still need to see it. The theater here caught on fire...air conditioner exploded...lol.
You can probably thank Joel Schumacher for that, since he is the one responsible for the nipples and cockpiece on batman's suit in the two movies he directed in the series.
actually, the 60's tv show has a lot of homosexual vibes to it... http://www.comicsbulletin.com/panel/106070953757230.htm I had to do a paper on this a few quarters ago...
agree that it was a great movie, first time ever that I've actually enjoyed a batman movie though I still can't take batman 100% seriously, I mean just look at him
his vocie killed it for me and just aobut eveyrone i've talked to. "IMA RAPE YOU" Is all my friends thought of when he talked.
:lol::lol: his voice didn't really bother me. i was too mesmerized by the joker to care about what else was going on. ledger presence on screen was incredible, he demanded my focus and attention.
I just saw it tonight. I thought it was AMAZING. Too bad that Heath Ledger won't be able to reprise the role if the Joker appears in a sequel.
His death reminds me a bit of the Crow, and Brandon Lee´s (R.I.P. Brandon Bruce Lee) death, which is strange to some degree. Anyway sorry for being side tracked The crow was an awesome film too.
So I finally saw it. I know my opinion isn't much but I dunno what I think. The beginning of it was just paced really wierd. It didn't feel like the movie took off till the last half hour, but it didn't really sit down at all. I dunno. That guy is a horrible batman. I can't stand the way he talked the whole time. I think I was dissapointed a bit. Not a bad movie of course but I don't see how people were going crazy about it. The joker started out kind of stupid and then got awesome fast. Very cool take on the Joker.
Looks like you found it, but for everyone else not familiar, here's a sample: (link). Think Mystery Science Theater 3000.
I've been reading the comics in fact.....ALL I've been reading that last few weeks have been batman comics. (Wolverine and Cable are next) It appears Nolan read his comics too.
