Someone donated a video capture. We're still short $49.99 so once that is done I will post long videos of what exists.

Release is complicated, we will have to wait for 360 to die first. It's part of the gentleman's agreement when I was sold the discs anyway.

I'm sorry Stipo but you've been really zealous about this topic and it's rather off-putting, I know you probably mean well, but you have been constantly hounding Assembler and I can understand why he's having doubts about releasing it.

Capcom will protect its intellectual property that are active and still currently being developed for, there was even legal notices sent out when the Croc prototypes were released awhile back, you have hyped this up way too much, just be glad that you will be getting more footage.

Spreading the word does more harm than good, really. Good things come to those who wait, two years is nothing.

I didn't mean to come off as angry, I know that you're excited for a release and I appreciate the hard work you have done documenting the certain stages of the betas, I'm actually curious now, was there a fund towards the release of this game? If that's the case then that's something I don't agree with and people should be refunded.

Assembler shouldn't of said that he was willing to release it if he wasn't certain, he knew people were hanging on to his words and it's a shame people have been let down, like I said, if Assembler did set up a fund for a release and failed on his promise, then I hope he'll refund those that paid.

I would have imagined any donations that might have been sent would have went towards a Xenon dev kit.

I think that the main thing about a release is that if Assembler realeased the files on a public platform like this site he cant control what is done with it from that point. Microsoft isn't going to stop selling 360 games right away because of the xbox one, a release of these files could be seen as a threat towards Microsoft and Capcoms reavanue because of things but not limited to unofficial distributions/reproductions Dead Rising 0.5 version etc. As well as unused code that could still be planned in the future, and of course these arnt the only problems with a release. As for videos it wouldn't have as big of an impact. If theres anyone so looking forward to this as much as its sounding than they will more than likely still be around when Assembler is safely able to make a release.
I believe Assembler really wants to release it but he is being careful to avoid any actions on Microsoft and Capcoms part which is completely understandable

You are small game to Capcom. Just because you fly under the radar doesn't mean that everything will. The likelihood of Capcom caring is admittedly small, but having been in the same position as Assembler when it comes to "When should I release this (or when CAN I release it without angering people)," you just have to take his word for it.
