    I know the price, and I wouldn't call it "an obnoxious amount". Having said that, considering it may be the same as the version released by Oldergames and also considering they claim it's very similar to the PAL version, merely with 60Hz optimization, they're welcome to it.

    What would be nice is if DonnyK could check and tell us the version and date of this before shipping it off - then we'll know whether it's the same as the Lost and Found version or not. (Look in the IP.BIN, hopefully it was properly used. You can use Saturn Region Patcher http://madroms.satakore.com/ to get the info out of IP.BIN.)

    In all probability based on the outcome and effect you are right but I suspect it was done unintentionally and not a deliberate attempt to violate policy.
