Dreamcast Games to avoid

I don't think the PS2 has a better library. It has a bigger library, but that's only because it was for sale much longer. The DC has a handful of really great games, so that makes up for the limited library to me.

Also, this is quite a necrobump.

 

lets see the worst Dreamcast games i have ever played are ....

Spirit of speed 1937 < slow as and where is 2 player ????
Soul fighter < crap crap crap
Tomb raider the last revelation < very crap graphics obviously rushed port

 

People don't understand Virtua Striker, you have to play it like Dragons Lair. amazing game.

I suspect you have some strange form of dyslexia, and where you meant to say "Dreamcast", you said "PlayStation" and vice versa.

And seriously:

This is probably the single most retarded thing anyone has ever said on this board.

 

I think he's trying to say Sonic Adventure was among the prototypes for what people are complaining about this gen. Joining together the cutscene-gameplay ratio inspired by Ninja Gaiden NES, a Super Mario 64 inspired style of optional goals (which has evolved into achievements/trophies), and a limited degree of what we now called on-disc DLC (the modem unlockables)...

 

Dreamcast as we all know brought more fresh ideas to the games market than any other console. On that point alone it's a fantastic system. Still, it's number 3 in my eyes. Saturn at number 1 and Mega Drive / SFC at 2.

Anyway, to keep on topic, those P.O.D. Racer games were shit. In fact pretty much all wester made "car" games were shit on the Dreamcast. Come to think of it, probably the 2 Shutokou Battle games (Tokyo Highway Battle) Sega GT, MSR and Daytona where the only good DC racers.

Thank you, Yakumo. I think the DC is probably my 2nd favorite console, behind the Genesis. 3rd favorite would probably have to be N64.

 

DC is my 2nd as well, right behind the good ole' Saturn.

 

Hell be freezing over we agree on something, ALTHOUGH I don't own enough Saturn games to really say BEST SYSTEM EVAR
But just looking at it's line up....

 

The Saturn is the most under rated system EVER in the history of consoles.

 

Yes, the Saturn is one of my favorite consoles ever, and the most underrated system ever as well. On one hand it annoys me that idiots who don't know what they're talking about say the Saturn "sucks", but on the other hand, they won't be buying all the good games from under my nose or driving up the prices.
