Need some help. I would like to patch the gdi image with the widescreen code and play it with GDEMU. So my question is how do you I know from the posted codes here which hex value should I change and which hex value should I use?

 

All of them except the 4 last codes that are only intended to remove the black bars.

I have a small request: Can you please try to find the code for extended draw distance in Soul Reaver or Tony Hawk 2?

 

I was working on a render fix for the game since it clips a lot, but I desisted since for every single thing I changed ( draw distance, clipping, Etc) 2 other things became broken.

022DAC44 3F400000 this for example is a widescreen code for blue stinger pal. all these codes are memory codes the 022DAC44 is the memory address, and the 3F400000 is the value that change the 4:3 to 16:9. these codes can be used using a cheat cd like any other cheat.
but how to convert them to hex values in order to patch the 1st_read.bin to be permant 16:9 without the need of cheat cd?? i think first we need the standar 4:3 value and convert it to hex, and then we convert to hex the patch value 16:9 which is 3F400000

 

Sorry to ask a Noob question.
But how to fix these codes for a Dreamcast with USB GDROM.
Will this work?
And is there a small how to post?

find a copy of action replay cdx and chose to swap with the game you want. input the codes you like save them and hit start games with cheats
