The new harddrive is also empty. I believe WSPC2 has a lot of little files, which slowed things down.

You will need to put retail game loader or hack devkit bios on, and launch unleashx to FTP.

The stock debug bios won't let you run homebrew apps to let you ftp into it nor will the xbe to enable F partitioning. Use the hack devkit dxt in E drive with neighborhood, get access to the B drive, drop the bios bin file, reboot and go from there.

Install the shell extensions. It is in the folder in the start menu.

Okay so I am using my win xp computer in my room and both the computer and the the Xbox are connected to my router. I installed the shell extension and when I launch neighborhood and try to connect to my Xbox with the external ip my xbox gives me, it wont work. But when I change the settings to manual and try 192.168.0.3 it adds it as my main xbox but wont connect to it.

Okay I figured it out. I forgot to blank the subnet mask when I changed the settings to manual. Now why are the partitions still very small? Is there a way to use the rest of the drive?

F and G partitions need to be formatted first. Use something like XBPartitioner and then you need to grab Fdrive.dxt and Cdrive.dxt and drop them in with the other dxt, this will enable you to see F and G, if you choose to use G, in Xbox Neighborhood.

Okay so when I run XBPartitioner I can see all the partitions but how do I know which ones are F and G? All it tells me are numbers for each partition. And how big should I make each partition? I just don't want to accidentally mess anything up.

Partition 6 = F, just choose everything on F. Don't mess with the sizes of any other partition or it will seriously F the console. If you partition F and choose everything on F the rest of the HDD will be automatically sized according to the kit's needs and the rest of the empty space will be on F for you to do what you like. I did the same exact thing you are with a DVT4 about a month ago. :)

Okay so I formatted partition F and got about 106gb of free space from it. Now can I see it in yelo? Cause it doesn't look like its there. And I am guessing the XDK Launcher will never be able to see that drive?

I am currently looking into somehow getting XDK Launcher to see the F partition through Hex editing, but sadly no, not yet. Fdrive.dxt will allow you to see it in both Xbox and Yelo Neighborhood though.

Here, download Fdrive.dxt as well as Cdrive.dxt just to have so you can backup your files.

I use a forwarding xbe on my XDK Launcher to UnleashX currently which is on my F partition and I just keep xbe I commonly mess with on the E partition to show in the XDK Launcher.

Thanks for the files! Now I can see the F drive which is awesome. I also found out how to launch xbe files from UnleashX. I think I will try to move a game to the F drive and launch it thorugh UnleashX. But what is a forwarding xbe? Is there one that can take me to a certain directory?

It's just a xbe you personally create as a shortcut to another xbe. I use them to save space on the E partition in order to keep more on the XDK launcher.

Download, run the exe included and it's pretty self explanatory

I use xbe shortcuts to get my games on xshell from the F partition.

EDIT: What he said^ or like I do just make shortcuts for everything so it's all in xshell.
