announce final XBOXone exclusive game call Titanfall, It looks rubbish FPS game, another hype from Halo.


Overall, Microsoft exclusive is not that great and it not worth watching this Press Conference. Only Xboxone exclusive game that I do find interesting is Ryse Son of Rome.

Unfortunately, I never planning to get XBOXone. Can't wait for Sony Press Conference.

Not shocked on price considering parts, question is can the ps4 match that price? Guess the wii u might have an advantage after all. Well let's see sonys conference tonight and see if they can match that price. If it's $600 again they really shot themselves in the foot.

 

I for one am not happy about all the games thats "Enhanced with microsoft cloud computing" by the sound of things calculations are done over the net, surely that means forced internet connection during gameplay?

And since no Call of Duty crap on Microsoft Conference, i bet there will be on Sony's.

Why do you keep calling Minecraft an exclusive? Is it a sequel or am I missing something here? It's already out on no less than SEVEN platforms:

 

Ryse looked cool, till every single battle became QTE. Let's see how the QTE haters will respond to that.

Forza 5 got me worried. They seem to go towards the arcade style.

Anyway, it was a good conference, 90% of time being games. I'm not really interested on it, but if it's combat games most people want, that's what they got.

I'm really hoping Sony brings more diversity though. Not that i would buy a new console on launch. I still have a big backlog of PS3 games to play.

I really didn't paid that much attention to that part. Maybe it's an exclusive "version", not being available for the PS4. If you go back, you'll see i posted on page 2:

Crimson Dragon and Titanfall were the only exclusives that got my interest. Titanfall they're trying to make the new Gears of War. Should have been a 3rd person game but they went 1st person to get the COD crowd.

Otherwise pretty boring conference. I'm not really a brogamer or casual so most of the titles didn't interest me.

 

By the way, i wonder what it will cost down here.

350$ for the Wii U deluxe at launch doesn't seem so expensive now does it?

The texturing in Call of Duty Ghosts looks really sub-par(Especially compared to free texture packs for PC games like MALDO for Crysis 2 which can be run on GPUs with less than 2GB VRAM). This is supposed to be nextgen? Where the hell are you spending all of that 8GB of unified memory?

Not a fan of OW games too much and i'm VERY skeptical of The Phantom Pain/GZ being open world since the whole focus of Metal Gear has always been linear story/plot driven stealth with a LOT of options on how to actually PLAY it, rather than game play options.

I am afraid that they will simply be listening to all the whiners out there who complained about cutscenes for years.

Peace Walker was already bad enough in that you were FORCED to do optional content to get the actual ending of the game and a substantially large amount of exposition...I hope MGSV doesn't do the same. MGS2:S did it right with it's optional content. Completely optional and you aren't forced to do it to get the whole story. (And all of this on top of that it sounds like they aren't even going to fuggin bother with making the vocal transition for Big Boss to make any logical sense at all within the game)

They better announce it for PS4 and PC too since they are for the XB1.

Also: "Capcom announced that Dead Rising 3 will be coming to Xbox One exclusively this holiday."

I do not think there is a single person on this board who didn't already know that.


Anyways, Xbox One is crazy expensive in a bad economy. It's going to have a hard time early on.

 

After watching,Sutherland's Big Boss voice is actually not that bad. Sounds a little weird at first, but it actually sounds pretty appropriate. Somewhere in between David Hayter and Richard Doyle.



Also: XBOne is too expensive? 500$ actually seems somewhat reasonable to me. Especially considering the 400$ launch price of the 360(Which was a ripoff) and the 600$ PS3 launch price. And not to mention prices of consoles past with inflation.


But either way, I probably won't buy a XBOne. I'll invest that money instead in a new PC GPU along with my Core i7 running at 4+Ghz and 12+GB of system RAM should be enough to play all console ports for years.
