Now that's a bargain, isn't it? ;-) Of course, it's untested and comes with no warranty, no return, and no refund.

And I guess he only added the word "prototype" to get more hits... It's not even true what he says about the japanese model. It didn't come with a mouse and a controller. All models came with only a power cord & user manual. Guess he tries to raise some false hopes.

Anyway, even though this won't sell, this is exactly what I foresaw. Because of the ridiculously priced auction earlier, people are now asking for at least $2k even for the most common M2 hardware.

Ummm....have you seen his hardware over the years? If there was one guy in the world whose collection I'd like to have, it's his. No one else even comes close.

However i'm more impressed by software
And i know many collectors whose collection don't come close,but are FAR better. However,it's not hardware,but a mix with soft&hard.

Sony Playstation -Original Video CD Card - doesn't look like an official accessory as the label on the back looks a bit non-standard. I could be wrong of course, what do you guys think?

 

They were made by a 3rd party manufacturer called 'GAMARS'. I have 2 of them. The older version requires that you insert a spring into the Playstation 1 so that you can open the LID without stopping the motor.

The newer version didn't require the spring.

They were certainly never manufactured as a genuine Sony product.
