    I have and posted a picture here somewhere a "blank" x-box disk that has a full game and full box and cover

    What was supposed to have happened is a printing error for the disk......and when it was spotted they binned the bacth

    Some lucky person found the bin/skip and aquired them

    So don`t know how many actually got out.......but nice to have something so odd in the collection

    So possible but knowing Nintendo and their QC pretty damn unlikely IMHO
