Are you selling a copy of the games that I lost over 1000$ releasing? That isn't cool if that is the case.

No, nor would I ever claim to be, but I released them by starting a public fundraiser and lost 1000$ in the process due to unwanted attention and a wonderful letter from Microsoft. I'm sure Microsoft would be less than pleased to see you selling copies of it.

It is an insult to the people here, myself or others, and the money put forward to secure these prototypes when strangers go and sell copies for profit. Either way, selling copys of prototypes is prohibited here, people have gotten banned for less. Not only that, but it is prohibited through Ebay's rules, both through copied media and prototype software.

The avoidance of the question says it all. It is the same exact date as the prototype I released, that would be a mighty coincidence. No smiley face will change that.

 

"Sell copies for profit" I am not selling it for profit.. all my auctions are done for charity.. I don't earn a penny! ^_^

 

Regardless of the cause, it is against the rules to sell copies, here or on Ebay. You could have had Chris sign a Conker cart or manual, but instead you chose to make a deliberate copy of a prototype knowing that it would help you make money, charity or not.
