That's a JP Net Yaroze, meant for homebrew development (the Debug PS1s were green or blue, depending on the model).
It seems a bit too expensive considering it does not come with the 2 discs + Dev Manuals + Dev comm cable + Access Card...

It's not? I've never seen a DTL10000 sell for that price. I bought one for $500 and sold one for $450. They seem to normally sell in that ballpark. If it wa a 15000 series maybe, or was boxed, but that price seems a bit ridiculous to me.

this is indeed quite a bullshit price if you ask me, from the looks of it there's no T14k, it comes with no cables, no HDD, no nothing, and as far as the decription goes, it might not even work.

while mine was a little damaged when i bought it, it was around the 500€ range, and it's the 566mhz one, came with a drive, pcmcia card and a pile of other shit like the full set of the SDK books
i'd never pay 1400 from a bare unit of unknown condition, though in all honesty, it looks like it's in rather good condition judging from the pics..

The bidding price is still low, so I don't know how that can turn out. Who knows, might be a decent price at the end.

Perhaps. That listing reminds me of an Australian PS3 debug unit. They guy had lined out options for payment plans going upwards of $3000(!) (not sure if they were USD or AU though) and he seemed determined to get at least 4 figures on it. Listing isn't around anymore, but I did laugh when I saw it. It seems like most ebay dev units for the latest generation are either ridiculously overpriced or underpriced, not much for a middle ground.
