Having a VGA seal of approval on something that is so clearly fake would be an awesome rally point for everybody that hates VGA.

I saw a CD-i Zelda VGA graded with an asking price of 20k USD a few weeks back. Nearly craped my pants laughing.

 

This broken DVT4 (and missing the ports on top), sold for $435. Has a 200GB hard drive, so who knows what has been done to it. Could even be a retail mobo. Crazy.

Good possibility of that. I had a top from an XDK years ago, some guy was selling a bunch of them. Wouldnt take much to fake.

 

I'd say it was a retail motherboard, also the bottom half of the case looks super clear compared to my DVT-4... No ports screams case swap :/

And that apparently the whole thing has faded to a light yellow... Look at the obvious white square where the mod chip controller was stuck to the front...

The mod can probably be undone easy enough, but uneven faded front would keep me away. I'd want a boxed one that wasn't used as someone's daily play system anyway, there's bound to be a few of them in that condition out there...

 

Has the wrong controller, and it's yellowed. Might as well get someone to bite your dick off.

OK it has a few rare games like Lemmings but at most it should be about $300. The seller is going to get bummed if he took the time to add up average value of each games and finds it won't be near half of what he wants.
