I think this is the same seller who was trying to sell another debugger with a modded chip inside. I wouldn't trust him.

 

Hard to see from your picture. It looks like the same THQ disk I have. The date on mine is 12-17 if the buyer wants to share the date of this once he gets it I'll be slap-happy to listen.

There was another one that ended a little over a week ago for about $200. No xbox in the kiosk, though, and it was local pickup only.

 

It looked just like the THQ discs in your picture, just Slap-Happy written on it. No date, build number, version, or anything else. Sucks, but he has the disc now and maybe he can answer that question for you.
