Vanilla Jet force gemini is playable with the latest os. Edit:Sorry, wrong info. you still cannot run and shoot.
If anyone is wondering, I believe Everdrive 64 just may be the king of n64 flash carts when it comes to compatibility. My 64Drive black screens on a few verified good dump USA games. More specifically, Pokemon Stadium 1. And EverDrive 64 loads it fine correct ? Well then ED64 wins. I don't know why that particular game doesn't work. Can anyone verify this ? EDIT: Tom and Jerry in Fists of Fury freezes on the multiplayer screen. Verify please ?
I think it have something todo with trying to read non-existing savedata. Change some options, hit reset (create a save file) and try to go to the multiplayer screen again. So it's working on my ED64. greetings saturnu
I don't know what I am doing wrong. The image size is 256Mbit. The boot CIC is 6103 and the Save Type is FlashRAM 1Mbit. That's the default for the game that I see. has a .z64 extension.
The ROM itself could be at fault, might be a bad dump. Try it from another source like a No-Intro set etc.
Any updates for 2014 Hi guys, I'm planning on buying one of the two products mentioned above as well. I've been reading through the whole topic with a lot of interest, but I'm wondering: what are the updates/opinions in 2014? I'm looking forward to your replies! And thanks in advance Cheers, Chris
Marshallh is a really cool guy so I personally would buy the 64drive. The Everdrive 64 however has a big community so if you have any problems there are many people that will help you on the official forums. Also it has a nice open source menu where people add stuff like Gameshark support. Also there will be a new version comming out soon the Everdrive 64 v3, so maybe wait for that.
