Almost there. In around 5 hours we'll be playing Fallout 4. As the title says, what are you expecting? Whenever you get to playing it, how do you feel about it? Are you going to play a certain way? Anything that blew you away or disappointed you? inb4 people crapping all over the game or Bethesda. We get it, you don't like Fallout/Bethesda, you think their games are buggy, you don't understand how people can enjoy the game/s, etc. We got it, and we got it.
Dreadful. Just dreadful. BADthesda strikes again. In all seriousness, I have another 19 minutes to wait. I'll only be able to get about an hour of gametime in before I have to catch some ZZZs for work. Didn't change my VPN because for me the wait can be kinda fun.
Can this game just go away? I'm so sick and tired of the hype on everywhere. Not even CoD hype bothers me more than this. I hope for it be a very big buggy mess, so people shut the fuck up about next time. Then again I'm glad it's out so I can stop hearing about it's release.
Won't you tell us how you really feel? Don't hate the game just because of the hype created by others surrounding it. That has nothing to do with the quality of the game or the amount of content. People will always enjoy talking about things they like and appreciate, and some of those people will completely overdo it. How obnoxious they are has nothing to do with the game itself, although it is very easy to associate the two. That's like saying a song is bad because it's overplayed. The artist didn't choose for that to happen.
Fallout 3 definitely had its problems. It was glitchy and prone to crash every once in a while. But the game had a solid story and great gameplay. Its sad that you felt you needed to hate on something that is not even out yet. The original post asked people like you to not write pointless hate comments.
But to answer MBMM's original question: I am hoping the game will have a story as good as Fallout 3. Because I could not really get into New Vegas. But if Fallout 4 has a story anywhere near as good as 3 then that would be awesome. I also hope that there will still be a lot of unique choices when it comes to having conversations with others. To many games nowadays have very little choices when you talk with other characters.
I don't care about your opinion, everyone has one. I only care that you go out of your way to be disrespectful to others.
I would like to try this game on PC, but I just recently sold my graphics card. No Fallout 4 until I get a new one. Anyway if you look at the Youtube comment sections, there are very mixed feelings about the game. Looking at the reviews, this game follows the typical Bethesda formula ( unfortunately with all of it's bugs)
From what I hear the decision making is really well done. It's not cookie cutter, so you will be doubting and questioning your choices as go. It's going to be a bit buggy; I expected as much. Given the scope of what they're doing it's a given. I don't really mind it. I can ignore smaller stuff for the sake of enjoying getting lost in the world they've created. Also my i5-4460/R9 390 auto-defaulted to ultra everything. So you won't need anything too fancy, especially since shutting out godrays saves a ton of performance. Wait until @7Force catches wind of this thread
Get it from Greenman Gaming. I got it for $48 with a 20% voucher that's good for the next few days. Absolutely worth it. I have to wake up in 7 & and a half hours, so I need to pull myself away haha. But yeah, set godrays to low or off for a huge performance boost. Some nonsense with nVidia and GameWorks causes AMD cards to not run so well, in case you have one. You can also override all the tessellation in CCC as well. Hopefully that's a bit helpful.
I quite like it, it's a lot easier to get into than Fallout 3 (I've only put maybe 2 hours into FO3 total)... What other fallout games have you tried? I got on xbox one.. The only real bugs are UI elements are a little iffy; No prompt to say you CAN save over an old save, untill you press 'A'. You can't zoom out (it's all in first person) in build mode.. No way to "quick wait" like in other bethesda games (you have to sit down first) The only other bug was where my gf went to play and the game got stuck in the start of the game (a bug that happens in most games when you switch profiles while the game is open).
Recently, you do seem more aggressive and offensive in what you write. Facts are facts, you used to be much more pleasant.
This seems to always bring you out of the woodwork. I honestly couldn't care if anything I said wasn't actually direct. There are far more important things in life to worry about what some tosser like me says about Fallout. Get real.
