FPSs the new platform games

I really liked CoD4 and Bioshock... but apart from that - they really bore me. My brother loves them now, but I find them too "PC style" as I never liked FPS, especially with mouse and keyboard. Whilst I prefer them on a console - I prefer other games to be honest. I had CoD5 and took it back within a week, I had GoW2 for xmas and traded that in... I just get bored with them.

 

Condemned had that achievement as well and I woldn't say Mirrors Edge is a FPS.:110:

 

I actually found condemned to be much more fun playing through it without guns.

 

First person platformer.

 

anyone remember breakdown for the original xbox? that the first game i can remember that did the whole body awareness thing.

 

Yup! I played through it unfortunatly.

 

yup, i just picked it up not too long ago. i still need to play it. i've only played the demo. so many games on so many platforms with so little time. it's a tough life. :lol:

 

hehe i hated picking up items in that game. first you had to ready your hand, then do some swooping motion to pick up the item, inspected it and then you could use it. and the stupid candy bars that he would take one bite of and throw the rest away >_<

 

Oh my god, fighting was such a pain in the ass later on. The white scary guys would just beat the fuck out of you. If you got knocked down your fucked.

 

how about at the end of the game where you had to fight 5 or 6 waves of badguys in the giant white room using nothing but your fists. i think that's when i realized why they called it "breakdown"

 

I know...I still can't believe I beat that game. It had some cool cutscenes at least.
