    Nope, have not received Turok and Glover. Brandon said he would send me proof that they were shipped but has not. Not looking good.

    Has anyone received any items that have been purchased or can provide any assistance? I bought a item from Brandon in January and have not received it as yet.

    Sorry for the bump but I am getting concerned.

    Thanks Kiff, I was surprised to see others in my situation, I have known BrandonF for a few years and worked with him on rarewarecentral.com

    I am amazed he hasn't replied to this topic despite being online frequently. I don't know what the problem is if he is online can't he sort it out, anyone have his address?

    Like everyone I don't have money to waist, this is one of the first times I have been screwed over this badly can't believe it.

    If he doesn't sort this out by 18/05/2013 9:00am AEST then his account will be banned on RWC, his email account will be deleted the following day.

    If I see you have come online and ignored this I will just ban the account and delete the email account straight away.

    Unbelievable. That is disgusting that a member of Assemblergames would be so careless about such an important transaction. I have a hard time trusting people online unless they have an assuredly excellent reputation. I thought BrandonF had a good rep so that just flips my world upside down.

    I still have hope he will reply to this, what is so frustrating is not having communication. If he some how lost of the items he was meant to send then give the money back. I'd still prefer the item but one or the other not nothing that just isn't fair.

    Clearly ignored my PM.

    Does anyone know what he is doing when he comes online?

    Account is banned on my site, His password on his email account has been changed, I will delete his email account tomorrow like I originally said just in case he logged in and didn't see the message.


    It would be nice if a Staff member could help me and the others in this situation, anything that can be done in a situation like this?

    He probably send it untracked uninsured and spent the money, now it's missing and he doesn't know what to do.

    And mail fraud is silly.

    You just need a US lawyer and sue him is all.

    He's located in Sweden... a US lawyer wouldn't be able to do much really.

    Has anyone been able to even talk with him since Feb?

    That's where all my frustration is coming from, not being able to even communicate with him is beyond a joke.

    Try to dispute the payment with your credit card company. Or is there a limit on how long you are allowed to wait before you are unable to dispute it?
