The Glover is dumped, which really should be noted as otherwise some people may get it thinking it's not out there yet, and that'd create a whole mess of problems.

Why is a plain ROM(Diddy Kong) being sold again, anyway? After what happened with Turok 3 I thought you figured out it doesn't make much sense to sell a ROM to an individual, that's best left for community efforts.

 

In some cases there only is a ROM. For example the Ocarina of Time debug ROM comes from the GameCube versions of the game in which no carts actually exist for. The ROMs are emulated as part of the on disc software and were leaked and still working on the N64. I can't say that this case is the same, but for someone to have and be selling a ROM isn't always too far out of the ordinary.

 

And lets face it, if it came from a developer, there is a chance it was never on a cart.

 

Yeah, in this case it was always a ROM, not even cartridge format, dev emulator format. Diddy Kong Pilot is now sold.

Edit: Have been a bit out of it, the Glover build has been dumped.

 

I Backed of buying the Z64 after talk of your actions being suspicious, im not posting this to stir anything up. No hard feelings if and when it gets cleared up i'll maybe reconsider.

 

Still no box for my superman prototype... the seller is a nice guy, but the way this sale has been handled is just horrible...

 

Why would he send the game and box separately anyway?

 

I'm confused. When you said box in the other thread I assumed you meant the package. So you did get the game, but not the Superman box shown in the picture? That's strange.

Got the cart, there's a fundraiser going to get the ROM released, but the package was missing that "prototype box" shown in the picture... Brandon "couldn't find it" when he shipped the cart but failed to inform me. The box supposedly shipped 3 weeks ago, but still no sign of it and I guess it's time to consider it a loss. As Brandon even failed to give me the exact shipping date for the cart, I have my doubts that the game box actually ever shipped.

 

I still have not heard from Brandon or received my Turok 3 and Glover Prototypes. I highly recommend not dealing with Brandon. I have messaged him several times. I'm out quite a bit of money on this.

 

I've spoken to Brandon on numerous occasions; this isn't like him. I think there is something serious happening on his end. He mentioned that he had a near death experience, so maybe that has something to do with it?

Granted that's no excuse for cutting contact with people who purchased items from him for large sums of cash. I hope he's doing alright and I hope this situation gets sorted out.

Not yet... Brandon has responded tho (and it looks like the Superman box is indeed lost... but I still question wether it shipped or not)
