    This happened 3 months ago, I paid with Paypal, I can't remember if I paid with Paypal Balance or with my CC. I will look into it thanks.

    No, due this thing called privacy protection laws. Most countries have laws that forbid companies from giving out personal information to any random passer-by.

    And that won't happen either, maybe if he sets foot on US soil, but outside that no US law is going to do you good until you get him extradited.
