You can easily find the SNES Classic here in Brazil but it's a lot more expensive than it should be. I got it as a Christmas gift from my parents. The last AC I played was Black Flag and then I lost interest in the series but Origins seems better and the setting is interesting. The modded GBA is great. I recommend it if you like the console. As for the Smash Bros set (from left to right): 1) NFR version: from what I know it was given to employees (the disc is different from the retail one); 2) Regular retail version; 3) Event-You disc: used on tournaments and it has 3 game modes (2, 3 and 5 minutes battles); 4) Gold Movie: it was given at tournaments as an award if I'm not mistaken;
I bought this game last year but I only got my hands on it today. I've never paid so much for one game but it was worth it. And it looks great with its proto:
I wanted this game since I bought the first one and loved it. But ever since it was an expensive game. This week I decided to buy it before it get even more expensive and so I visited MercadoLivre and found a great copy for cheaper than the ones listed on ebay and it was already here in Brazil. I bought on monday, it was posted on tuesday and arrived on wednesday. I'm very happy with this purchase and being able to finally add Real Bout 2 for the Neo Geo AES to the collection. It also looks great alongside the first one:
Got back from another trip to NYC and got a lot of things: My first 2DS and my 11th 3DS and some 3DS games: Some new releases for the PS4 and other games: 10 WiiU games for the fullset and happy to be able to cross Hello Kitty off the list: Got the physical SMO copy (bought the digital version at launch but wanted the physical for the shelf) and other games:
I didn't make a post in March but I'm back now. I've just arrived from my first trip to Japan (Tokyo and Kyoto) and I couldn't pass the opportunity to buy some things for the collection. I got some Famicom games since they were easy to find: I also got 3 Super Famicom games: I wanted to play the Ouendan games so I grabbed both of them. I also found a copy of Rogue Squadron 3 to go with my japanese copy of the second game. Mizzurna Falls I bought after discovering it this year, I probably won't play it until the english patch is released but I thought it would be cool to have it on the collection. Marvel vs Street Fighter was easy to find at Super Potato and although it wasn't cheap I decided to get it. And my favorites purchases: some exclusive japanese GBA games: I already played the Mother series but it's nice to have the original releases. I managed to find a copy of F-Zero: Climax and it was more expensive than what I imagined but since I only found it on Mandarake, I didn't want to let it pass. I found Winning Eleven at Super Potato for only ¥680 so it was impossible to not buy it, it probably is the game that I'm more curious to play. And some Vita games and a N64 controller that I forgot to post before the trip:
Sweet haul! Hope you had a good time in Japan! Let us know how that brawler64 plays out, I was curious to grab one myself.
It may not look like much but I'm very happy with this cart. It's the 8 BIT XMAS 2017 cart from Retro USB. I bought it in November and it was shipped on November 30. It arrived just one day ago. I thought I had lost it during transit but after it arrived after exactly 6 months of waiting. At least I didn't have to pay import duty for it. The 2017 cart contains all 8 BIT XMAS games released since 2008 and has a LCD screen where the label would be and depending on the game you select, the label of that game will show on the LCD screen.
I found FIFA 13 and Madden 13 for a good price on MercadoLivre and couldn't resist. Gundam Versus I found for R$ 39 (around US$10) on a closing Fnac and Octopath Traveler arrived really fast (took 10 days to arrive from US).
I got some more WiiU games for the fullset and Uncharted: Lost Legacy. I bought Guiter Hero Live with the guitar but didn't take a picture of the instrument.
I didn't receive any new games yet but this beauty arrived yesterday. The quality is amazing and it was really worth the price. I rarely buy artbooks but I had to get this one after seeing some pictures online. It's also really big and heavy.
I got some new games for the collection (still working on the WiiU fullset and 70% complete) from the last week of August until today. I also got a brand new arcade stick from a friend. It also came with the box from Mad Catz. From August: From September:
Reached the 120 WiiU games mark and almost 75% of the full set. Sing Party's outer box isn't in the best condition but it was cheap and came with the mic. Also received some Vita games from LRG.
Got a few more games and have a lot more on the way. Transformers was harder to find than what I had imagined it would be but it wasn't an expensive game.
I got a lot more WiiU games and for now I don't have any more on the mail. I'm missing 33 games for the US full set already counting Just Dance 2019. I probably won't finish the set this year but I think it's possible to finish it until February.
This will be a big post so I will start with the games that I got before today. RDR 2 I got on launch day and the rest during this month: Yesterday I received my second Switch: And today I got a big lot from a friend that wanted to clear space at this house. Some PSP games: The Warriors and Ace Combat are sealed. The last game on the second row that doesn't have the box art is a sealed copy of Lunar that came sealed from the distributor in the US like this. Famicom AV and some Nintendo stuff, including Mighty Final Fight: And the two biggest pickups from today: a Sony PVM and 7 Neo Geo AES games (KOF 94, 95, 96, 97 and 99 - Samurai Spirits 3 - Real Bout Special): The image on the PVM is amazing. I already knew it was good but it exceed my expectations. Here is KOF running from the AES with component cables (I know the picture isn't the best one but I took this really quick while we tested the PVM):
Too bad you can't download smash ultimate yet. I hope you complete your wii u full set. Awesome Pvm btw
