Had a quick search and couldn't find a similar thread, so thought it would be fun. As people are pretty knowlegeable here lets make it hard. So, guess the game & platform:
Gaiarm on the Sharp X68000? I only got it because i looked into this game when you posted about it on RG a little while ago lol, This is the best info i found on it http://www.shmup.com/index.php?page=fiche&id=954
That seems to be Tengai ($B@o(B$B9q(B$B%V(B$B%l(B$B!<(B$B%I(B ) aka Sengoku Ace II by everyones favourite bouncy mahjong maker Psikyo (fan service or what...).
Forgot to mention it's either arcade or Saturn/Playstation/Playstation 2... Two images, can anyone get one of them? Note : Both games maybe older then you
Its a pretty easy machine to emulate  I can only really guess the platforms, Sinclair/Timex ZX81 for the defender clone and PC-98 for the mahjong game?
I doubt anyone will get the Mahjong game but I'm going with the first in Seat's P series. Probably miles off but wortha try because I've got a beauty of a shot to post. yakumo
It's not a Super Real Mahjong Game (although PI was a family friendly game and the others weren't really, although SRM VS was the only hentai N64 [hardware] based game....). First hint, the second game is made by Nichibutsu (not much of a hint as Nichibutsu basically were the Mahjong kings, I might as well said "You know the pope? Well he is Catholic he is...")
It be on the Nintendo Entertainment System. You still got it wrong... It's Shikaku... The title scream is meant to be... Creamy Mami, Nausicaa, Madoka (Kimagure Orange Road), not 100% sure... and Magical Emi. The bonus character is Lum (one reason I bought the Arcade PCB and the 12 times as expensive MSX version....). You can still guess the first game, but here is one of my favourite games. Get's rather fast and drives you nuts....
Are there official translation rules for this? as usually when I look up japanese games I tend to notice everybody spells it differently.. :noooo:
