I don't have a clue about ccovell's either

 

some Tank game on MSX/NES/Famicom?=p

 

Color palette looks very much like Famicom, but I don't have a clue either.

 

Yup, it's an NES action game.

 

Looks like nobody got it, so I'm giving up my turn.


It's Total Recall on the NES.

 

That's why I didn't get it as it was a game of complete bollocks.

 

Have Yakumo go by default, or alternately ccovell could go again after we all give him a high-five.

 

If I went I could post some complete obscure crap from my Saturn collection that nobody had ever heard of, let alone played :110: But where would the fun be in that?

If ccovell doesn't want to go again I'd glady post a pic ofa game you would have heard of at least.

Nope it's by that Korean company Dooyong and it's R-Shark.

Dooyong did make a load of fairly poor shooters, the only thing I remember is Gun Dealer...

Anyway Yakumo I'll let you go next.

 

Is R-shark a bit crappy then? I'd heard of it, but not played it.

 

It's nothing special, quite repetitive and the controls aren't quite perfect.
