No mine is same as megas. But you have to use swiss.. With no sd card the game cube will autoboot the dvd. With sd card it will autoboot swiss. Which in turn you could boot from dvd drive at that point.

Ah yeah, you might as well just autoboot to Swiss anyways. Then run DVD from there.

My thought for having it on the front is that the whole GC library does not fit on a single SD card. I'm fine with it being inaccessible if I've never gonna swap it, but I can see myself switching between a few SD cards with a themed collection on each.

Looks pretty clean. What do you use to make a cut like that?

Sort of a necrobump, but was about to order the WASP QSBs from oshpark, but wondered whether to select 0.8mm thickness, which I would usually do for something like a QSB, but thought maybe their regular 1.6mm boards would work better for castellations?

Both thicknesses will work. But it will be easier to solder the .8mm

Updated first post with New HDMI design.

I will be doing a handful of installs to recoup design costs. So hit me up if you would like to me to mod your cube. Price is 125 installed. I'm located in Indiana.

I will also take trades [IMG] I'm looking for a nuon controller. Can't find one for the life of me.

I have a new partial design done. I've scraped the old design. I'm waiting to see how my new HDMI + RGB Gamecube board does first (The new Wii is based off this design). I'm also trying out a new QSB to connect to the data points on the Wii motherboard.

One of these days I will get it finished.

    @citrus3000psi

The flat ribbon cable is not listed in the BOM on Oshpark. Can you point me to the correct one? :)

Also the flash memory is sold out at digikey. Is there a suitable replacement part or do you use another supplier?
    https://www.digikey.com/products/en?keywords=M25P40-VMN6PB

    Edit:
Looking om mouser, they recommend this part as a replacement:
    https://www.digikey.com/product-det...gies/AT25DF041B-SSHN-T/1265-1228-1-ND/6124884

That's pretty kewl how their webstores have information about suitable replacements :)

What did I need to program these again? I've got a Xilinx Platform Cable USB, would that do?

Also, any news about the Wii version? :)

Thank you very much! I already have the tools required to program using ISP so that's nice. I appreciate the link to the guide, that will come in handy.

Boards already ordered from oshpark, and I'll probably order the parts this weekend. Will let you know how this turns out. Looking forward to comparing this to the original component cables.
