Buy a 360 or something and you'll feel better. For someone who doesn't play anything you sure do post here a lot. :110:
I find this generation to be as exciting as any other. I think too many people look back and forget how much dross and shite there was released on past systems, and that the wheel keeps turning. Also games of your youth were more special in some ways because you played them more religiously, you had less disposeable income and a good game stood out more. Then with each generation, you get more jaded as a gamer. It is my belief that the average level of game quality has increased a lot each generation, but possibly that the real AAA class game is less common now. There are still plenty of them available though.
Touche, but I still play often, the problem is that I dont do it nearly as much as I used to. To give you an idea, since 1993 to 2004 every weekend was VG time non-stop for me. I remember playing S3&K all the way to the end with a friend back in fall 1994. It took us an entire saturday of zombie gaming, but we did it:nod: Funny side-note: after we cleared Launch Base Zone my Genesis AC/DC adaptor broke down, so we went running through half the city's stores looking for a new one:lol: Those days were awesome, too bad they are gone now:-crying: I know, but I cant help it.
