Got robbed :(.

I got home at 3 am the other day and found my laptop, ps3, all my games... my psp and my ds gone, some crack head got inside through the window..... I always had a bad feeling about this damn apartment, first floor right next to the stairs..... :crying::crying::crying::crying::crying::crying:

 

I had that too, 20 years ago; took all my cds & megadrive stuff. I remember being furious. nothing to do, but start over.

nope, apartment complex is shit, filled with minorities, the other day i was walking to the store with a friend and we see a gang of 10 puerto ricans chasing 2 guys with bats, all we heard was the nasty sound of wood on meat, and one of em stared at us and walked towards us with a bat, we said "all good" and walked away.......


The other day I also saw a crackhead walking all fast , he heard me walking behind him, so he turned to look at me real fast, then back towards the front followed by him picking at the floor twise then looking back at me all freaked out..... did i mentioned i live 2 lights away from disney?

I keep my laptop and desktop encrypted with TrueCrypt mostly out of paranoia but knowing full well bullshit like this can happen. Password to prevent it from booting up too.

I know it's not much to say at the moment, but at least you weren't in the apartment when it happened, you could've got hurt.

 

I'm glad I live in an upstairs apartment, always made me feel a little secure since I'd imagine people are more likely to hit the ground floor if theyre gonna smash in and grab stuff
