    The switch forwards RGB signals, Composite/Sync and stereo audio.
    Don't quite understand what you mean:
    1. The switch is connected to VHS/LaserDisc which in turn is connected to the TV
    2. VHS/LaserDisc is connected to one of the switch input ports and switch is connected to the TV

    I mean this one: VHS/LD --------> SWITCH---------> TV
    Will this scheme work?

    If your VHS/LD outputs RGBS or at least composite using standard SCART pins I don't see any reason why it shouldn't work.

    Just to get back to that for a moment. How do you deal with Composite only?
    Also I can now think of at least one console that properly uses the pin16: the PAL Wii configured in widescreen switches back to 4:3 for the virtual console and games that are made for the original ratio, like Mega Man 9. I think I remember the Xbox and PS2 behaving similarly for some of their games, but I can't confirm it. It would be interesting to test the last consoles to have RGB output, the Xbox360, PS3 and WiiU.

    I didn't check personally but it looks like the PAL WII sets 16:9 mode on pin 16 regardless of the menu setting.
    I don't really care about last and current gen consoles, HDMI/Component provides best quality and it should be used instead of RGB.

    Just wanted to pop in and say that I'm also eagerly waiting for when the switches will be freely available to purchase. There just doesn't seem to be any other good alternatives with this many inputs.

    Superg have you been in talks with a distributor? Curious once you have the switches all set if there is a big delay before they go public. Thanks again for making them! Really amazing.

    This product prompted me to create an account on here. I only lurked before that and I'm a member on the shmups forums.

    So stoked for this!

    Hello, this is my first post here, I post a lot on Sega 16 though. I'm extremely interested in one of these switchers, are they still on the go? Thanks!

    I note that you are talking with Video Game Perfection (great site, nice administrator; the Rhea board he reviews is mine by the way) for UK distribution, is this still on the cards? Cheers, and really nice product there!

    That is correct: VGP will be distributing the switch in the UK while RetroRGB will do it here (the US).

    EDIT: Rhea - awesome project, that's what had to be done in the Saturn universe, I'm glad you've started it. Keep up the good work!
