It wont work with either TV? There seems to be 2 different ones. Maybe something wrong with the zapper?

Doesn't work with multiple zappers? that's strange. maybe the TVs are running at a different Refresh rate than the guns are. Im no expert on these guns but they might not work if theyre from a different region.

If the guns are from a different region, Id say you'd have to get a gun that is from the same region as the TVs? (Im not sure if Pal guns would work on an NTSC TV or vice versa, maybe not).

If the TV is NTSC (USA, Canada, Japan) Id try to get a zapper from those regions. If its Pal, then youll possibly need a Pal gun. Again I haven't any experience with lightgun hardware from other regions, but usually to get these things working the TV, the console and the gun need to be running the same rate I believe.

If you're using a console or gun from a different region it might be the problem, otherwise, there might be an issue with the guns.

i have read they may not work on crts with a flat screen. they defiantly should work with the one that has n64 written on it though. try the other controller port in your nes.

The zapper uses pins that aren't used by the standard controller. There could be a continuity problem on those pins. Does anything happen when you pull the trigger?

It's a flat screen TV, so it is probably running at 100Hz. It won't work.

If it's not making the target then the zapper doesn't work. Try putting the zapper directly on the screen, if it still misses then it doesn't work. Could try opening it up and cleaning it too.

You should add what region you are from. Are you in North America, South America, Europe, and so on. Is your NES, Zapper, and TV from your region or another region?

One possibility is that the Zapper is broken. It could be from misuse or just old age.
