    It is NOT that they are flat screen in most cases - it is that they are 100Hz (in the UK, at least). The gun needs a particular refresh rate to work.

    If the OP bothered to Google the model numbers of his televisions, which will be either on the front or a label on the back, I'm sure he would be able to find out the specification of his televisions.

    To be fair, though, I'm not sure that Duck Hunt is worth all the aggravation ;) lol

    Zach, I could sell you my Zapper if you want. It's one of the later ones they made to coincide with the release of the top-loader, which are WAY rarer than the standard gray or orange ones. I've heard they even work on HDTVs (haven't tested it, so don't quote me on that one). The last time I saw one on eBay it went for something insane like $2500, but you seem like a cool dude, so I might be willing to cut you a deal. Post your bank details in the thread with an offer and let's see if we can work something out.
