Nah, Xbox was DC 1.5 since everything that was meant to be coming to the DC went to the Xbox. The 360 to me is a gamers console in the way that DC was (or at least in Japan since it's the underdog here). It has all these lovely Cave shooters, some old DC downloads and more Sega titles than anything currently available. Yeah, who would have ever thought Yakumo would love a 360? It's a fine bit of kit for gaming. Even my wife has noticed an increase in my gaming. Every night I'm on the 360 since I bought it last November. Yakumo
Sadly I missed out on No More Heroes 2 which is a shame. Couldn't give a shit about Mario Galaxy 2 though. I can't stand that fat twat plummer
Actually making a me-too Wii wouldnt be that difficult, but then again is more risky than staying on the software market. BULL-SHIT
Uh, how are those specs so hard to believe? Of course the whole thing is obvious bullshit, but I'd have a harder time believing a PowerVR-based console, cuz, y'know, do they even MAKE PowerVR graphics cards anymore? That Dreamcast 2 photo is an obvious fake, but it makes me wish it was real, but just a Blu-Ray player, to piss off all the morons who still think Sega will make a new console anytime in the near-ish future
Nobody's gonna use Intel after what happened with the first Xbox. And PowerVR is still there, in fact the SGX545 can put 35 MPolys/s. Combine that with a RISC CPU (a G5?) as a SoC and you got a console thats more powerful than the Wii but less than the X360, and inexpensive to make. Shit, the OMAP4430 would be enough to beat the Wii, and would also make a kickass portable since it has a very low power consumption EDIT: here's what that OMAP can do with games
MS lost a giant wad of cash when Intel stopped production of the PIII, since the first didnt own the CPU itself (like it does own the 3-core G5) so they had to buy from Intel at outrageous prices.
